Sure. Just sign up here for free and you'll see the full program and schedule for the next cohort.
You'll also have 4 intro tutorials for free. They'll give you a feel on how the course will look like and you'll learn a few important insights. Then you can decide if you want to invest in the full program with 15h+ of learning materials and join the next cohort.
Normally you can get access to Week 1 materials immediately and the rest of the content is released gradually every week. However, if you want to get access to all 5 weeks of materials now, you can write me to tom (at) clickwithagile.com or in live chat support and we'll unlock all 5 weeks for you.
Please note that this means you will not be able to apply for money-back guarantee since you'll have all the content available.
We are usually running new cohorts every 2 months. If a cohort is full you'll probably need to wait one to four weeks before the next one starts.
You'll get access to Week 1 materials as soon as you purchase your plan and join the cohort. Materials for Week 2 will be released after one week of joining and so on.
Live session will happen during the 5 week cohort or after it depending on available seats. There are less places in live sessions than cohort members, so you might need to wait a bit, but everyone will get the chance to participate. Live session is included in your subscription, but you need to apply for it separately as the places for each session are limited. You can see the detailed cohort schedule and program by signing up for free here.
If you want to get access to all Week 1 to 5 materials now, you can write to tom (at) clickwithagile.com or in support chat. Please note that money-back guarantee does not apply in this case.
No worries. If you see a message that the current cohort is already full you can apply to get notified when the next one will open. Usually you'll have to wait from one to four weeks before the next cohort starts and if you apply for a notification you'll be the first one to join!
If you have purchased Porfessional access or Business access and you are not satisfied with the course you can ask for your money back up until beginning of Week 2. If that's the case write to tom (at) clickwithagile.com or in support chat with subject "Refund" and we'll transfer your money back.
Refund can take up to 2 weeks. At least that's what Stripe platform says, as no one have ever requested one.
In terms of Week 1 to 5 learning materials and live sessions there is no difference. Both plans get the same content and access to all live and Q&A sessions. That means you'll learn everything using both plans. Also the AI practice rooms are available to both plans.
What's different in Business plan is the additional help and support you get during and after the course and extra materials during and after the course. If you are Business member, during the course me and my team will review your homework and let you know the mistakes. This will be highly useful, if you want to be sure you are writing your user stories and organising work correctly. Writing a good user story is harder than you might think so I'll be happy to help you until you get it right. You can also ask any Agile related questions to me and my team in Business club room and we'll get back to you in 3 days or usually sooner.
Business club members also get exclusive access to Harvard Business review case studies, slides for each tutorial and a summary after each week.
Also invoice to a company is only possible to Business plan members.
Another important feature of Business plan is that you get to keep all the materials after the course ends. You'll get the updates as well. Regular plan will have access to the course for 6 months.
And finally if you are a Business club member, you'll get a certificate after completing the course. This will be useful if you want to show your skills to your future or current employer.
We believe this course should be available to everyone no matter the income so we have set the prices of this course to a highly affordable level. However, if it's the case that you cannot afford to pay for the full course write an e-mail to tom (at) clickwithagile.com, let us know your situation and we'll set up a special monthly payment plan for you.
It depends on what you do. Agile is exceptionally popular among companies, it gets more than 1.5 times better results than traditional project management methods like Waterfall and in my experience there is no industry where it cannot be applied at all. Agile is most likely a must if you work in IT, marketing or any product development. Kanban (one of Agile methodologies) is amazing if you work in HR, sales or do operations. So it probably is for you! If you work with any kind of innovation (product, marketing or business), then it's crucial you learn Agile well! Agile is also widely used by both - small and large companies.
However if you are working alone and never do teamwork, or if you're work is mostly repetetive (and you want to keep it that way) Agile will not be the best method to use. Agile thrives in creative environments where people work in teams.
If you are a manager or want to become one then you have (or will have) a team. If your leadership style is bossy and you only want to tell other people what to do then Agile is not for you. If you want to empower your team members to produce exeptional results then you definetely would benefit form learning Agile. If you are managing a product or working as a Scrum Master or Product Owner (or want to do that) then this course is a must for you.
You'll be able to keep materials for 6 months. However if you want to keep the access forever you can sign up for Business club access. Many people find it useful to keep the materials for a longer period of time as you can refresh your knowledge whenever you experience some problem with your Agile or teamwork. Business club also includes more useful benefits like direct Q&A and advanced training tutorials after the course.
Yes. We are hosting such cohorts on regular basis. Contact me to tom (at) clickwithagile.com or using this contact form and let's talk about your needs.
This 5 week training is built to cover all the topics of Agile your company might need. However if you need extra help with more difficult problems or private mentoring for your Scrum Masters or Product Owners me and my team members are offering Agile coaching for teams.
If you want a in-person training for your company there are two options available - a 4h introduction training to Agile and a 2 day practical training. The intro training is meant to inspire your employees about Agile and mentally prepare them for working with other Agile teams. 2 day training will cover most of what we learn in the 5 week online course, but in less detail and with less practical work as the time for in-person training is limited and we cannot assign homework. However the bonus of a 2 day training is the in-person feel which usually get people inspired and motivated.
You can read more about what we offer to companies here.
Live sessions happen twice per week on Tuesdays and Saturdays. You can sign up to learning platform for free and check the schedule here.
"Great Agile trainer with a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to share it. I highly recommend everyone, with any level of knowledge, to attend Tom’s course!"
