This training program is based on proven Agile knowledge and popular frameworks but is significantly improved with real life experience and new approaches I discovered while building my own products withAgile and trying out the same ideas with my clients.
Typically, most Agile trainings only cover one specific Agile framework like Scrum or Kanban. If you want to be successful with Agile, you must use combinations of different frameworks, and most importantly – you need to have an understanding on how these methodologies work
The first week of this program will be dedicated to understanding the basic principles of Agile mindset. Why does it exist at all and how can it help you to create better products or services, faster, with less bureaucracy and less cost. During this week, we will also talk about the Agile team, and we’ll get familiar with the digital tools we will use during the course, so you can pick the one or ones you prefer.
The second week of our course will be devoted to the basics of work organization and Scrum framework. We will learn Agile processes and ceremonies that will help you to ensure successful teamwork, correct workflow and proper balance of roles in the team.
Our task is to create more value for the customer faster and with less cost, so in the third week, we will talk about product management, user experience and how to concentrate and deliver value in smaller parts.
In the fourth week, we will learn another important framework- Kanban. It works better in areas like sales, maintenance, recruitment and manufacturing, while the popular Kanban board is an important part of any Agile methodology – on Week 4 we’ll focus on how to organize our board.
And finally, the fifth week will allow us to apply all the knowledge gained at scale with several teams. We will learn the fundamental principles of large-scale Agile and methods such as the Spotify Model, which solves challenges caused by even the most complex company structures, and Scrum@ Scale and Less frameworks.
